Lots of people are interested in knowing....  Do I Qualify?

Right at the moment they are being very strict on this answer.

1) Owns NO other property

2) Must LIVE in the property to help qualify

3) Ratios: Gross (before taxes) monthly income in March 2008 over 31% of your house payment.... under this program, MUST be under 31% *few exceptions apply
